Overview

At Capital Seminary and Graduate School (CAPITAL), we believe in teaching leadership which prepares the leader’s interior soul while simultaneously participating in God’s global mission. To accomplish this undivided formation in leaders, the master of arts in formational leadership offers three unique community formation residencies (CFR’s). Community formation residencies include studying the art of personal soul care and heritage development at a west coast ranch, being exposed to the global village through studying and serving in Tokyo or Oxford/London, then ending your 20 month experience by studying sustainable rhythms for life and ministry in Hawaii. As a foundation to these CFR experiences will be a 20 month, 30 credits, 10 class, fully online, cohort learning experience centered on spiritual formation, leadership, digital age, and the health of the leader.
