Christian Education
The Christian Education Concentration equips students with the knowledge, skill, and experience to disciple others through leadership, teaching, and training. They experience teaching and leading through a variety of platforms. Students may choose to teach in the kids, youth, or young adult ministries, or they may choose to lead a variety of other ministries and teams on campus through our on-site church, New Hope West. Our students have gone on to earn teaching licensure, graduate teaching programs, leading children’s ministries, and coaching.
Practicum
Available to all degrees, the practicum serves as a hands-on learning experience in diverse ministry fields. Students are able to hone their skills in live situations as well as grow in numerous other skills. Through partnering with our on-sight church, New Hope West, students are able to experience ministry and develop their talents in a wide variety of areas.
