A WORD FROM THE PRESIDENT

New Hope Christian College is a place to discover, develop, and deploy your God given dreams for the purposes of the kingdom. God has a wonderful call on your life! Since 1925, we have been both humbled and privileged as an accredited institution of higher education to train leaders like you for the work of the ministry.

We know that good shepherds and healthy churches are at the core of what Jesus set up to multiply. Yet, we recognize that Christian ministry is more than planting churches. Therefore, New Hope exists to equip emerging Christian leaders for both ministry in the church and ministry in the marketplace. We live in a multicultural and global environment where the world is growing in population and multiplying in relationships because of technology and social networking. New Hope provides the unique opportunity to increase the depth of our social bandwidth through an eclectic mixing of cultures here on our Oregon campus, through our student exchange programs with our Hawai'i campus, and through learning/missions' experiences with our international institutes in Tokyo, Myanmar (Burma), Australia, and other emerging partnerships around the world.

New Hope's academics focus on solid Bible based theology, Christian servant leadership, the use and incorporation of technology, and the redemption of the creative arts for communicating the gospel. Our faculty and staff are here to develop and help you grow and excel biblically, spiritually, and artistically through academics, student life activities, practical skill development, and Christian service, both locally and globally.
